I will be administrating your test and the rules are as followed:

-Rei's R&R
-You may only use water, wind, nin, tai and gen
-You may use custom jutsu only if they are related to the above techs.
-Breaking the rules will result in the failure of the test.
-I will be using all 5 elements

Please do not spam this fight. Only Myself, the participant, Admins, Mods, and Senseis (upon request) may post here.

I'll be using my Kakashi Hatake biography for this test against you which can be found in my Signture

Location: Barren wasteland with large boulders scattered through the area and no water source close by.
State your biography and I will begin with the first move.

Standing opposite Kakashi on the field, Harry sees a small smile appear on Kakashi's face before Kakashi starts with the Horse and Tiger handseal. Knowing that the Tiger handseal commonly goes with a fire technique, Harry starts immediately with preforming his own set of handseals, Boar → Dog → Ram. As Harry finishes the Ram handseal, a water vortex comes out of his hand, and create orb all over him.

Description: After waving the Boar → Dog → Ram hand seals, a water vortex created in the palm of the user’s hand that can then be blasted forward creating a spiraling wall of water which can then be used to attack or defend.

As the fire technique comes closer to Harry, he suddenly notices a big shadow above him. Harry inhales quickly as the fireball hits the shield, and as soon as the fireball is extincted, he exhales towards the sky, sending a huge blast of wind above him, cutting trough the water that falls down just before it hits Harry, leaving him undamaged.

Description: A Huge blast of wind that levels anything in its path; Can cause major damage and requires a sufficient chakra level to perform. This large wind blast moves in tremendous speed and cannot be controlled. If the user gets caught in it, it will harm him also.

Then, as the Wind blast cutst trough the water, Harry preforms one handseal at the moment the water falls around him, possibly obscuring Kakashi's view of the handseal, and places Kakashi under a Genjutsu where he only sees darkness.

( Kokuangyo no Jutsu ) - Bringer-of-Darkness Technique

Description: The user makes one handseal, causing the opponent to believe they have been trapped in a world of infinite darkness, where their sense of sight is useless. It is capable of affecting multiple targets within range. However, it does not negate their other senses.

Knowing that Kakashi will act quickly on the situation, Harry grabs 4 kunai from his weapon pouch that have paper bombs attached to them, and throws them towards Kakashi all four aimed at his upper chest. As the kunai hit Kakashi, the tags explode, leaving major damage to kakashi, but also his right eye.

As Kakashi watches the water fall around Harry Kakashi finds himself trapped in a genjutsu where he sees nothing but blackness having a great knowledge of Genjutsu from mastering it and from being trapped in this genjutsu in the past Kakashi already knows what to do so not even a half of Second after being trapped by Harry Kakashi releases a quick burst of lightning from his body that's channeled throught the air breaking him out of the genjutsu and the lightning shocks you as it reaches up to mid range this would also stop your kunia

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from their body. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it only paralyzes. The lightning can be channelled through metal objects, as well as spread out into the air or ground.

As Kakashi quickly releases the burst if unfocused Ligthing that reaches you Kakashi quickly quickly does one handseals and places his hand on the ground creating a huge blast of Ligthing to shot through the ground in the shape of a triangle destroying everything in its path

Description: After performing a small sequence of hand seals the user will place their hand on the ground converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

After Harry throws the kunai towards you, he starts focusing his chakra in both hands, preparing to do attack or defend, depending on Kakashi's next move. As Harry sees a small layer of electricity around Kakashi's body, he create a Rasengan in one hand and a Water torrent in his other, combining them at the same moment that lightning start to travel towards Harry.

Description:The user will create a ‘Wind Style: Rasengan’ in one hand, and ‘Water Style: Destruction Torrent’ in the other. By combining them, he will create a tornado of water that can be used to attack or defend. This jutsu can also be used to drown out wind and fire combos

Since the Water Typhoon is strong enough to totally defend against the Chidori Nagashi, it will keep on going forwards in a weakened for (B-Rank), and as the Lightning current travels trough the ground, the water in the Vortex will act as a conductor, sending the lightning up into the air. While this happens in a split second, Harry throws several smoke bombs around him on the ground, and as the smoke covers him, he preforms the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake while sending his chakra into the air, causing it to rain.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

NOw knowing Kakashi's exact location, he throws a flashbomb towards Kakashi's location, while running after it he closes his eyes when the lightbomb goes off, blinding Kakashi. Since Harry know's Kakashi's exact location, he punches Kakashi twice in his chest as soon as he is in reach, the first one with his left fist, the second one with his right, causing Kakashi to be send flying into the air. As soon as Kakashi is send into the air, Harry jumps up and while grabbing 4 shuriken from his weapon pouch with his left hand, he punches Kakashi between his shoulder blades, sending him back to the earth and throw the four shuriken so that they immobilise Kakashi since his clothes are pinned to the ground. Two shuriken go to the arm, just below the shoulders and the other two pin Kakashi's trousers to get ground, halve way his calves. Using the downwards momentum, Harry spins horizontal around his axis while keeping his right feed down and lands on Kakashi's ribcage in a drilling way, cracking all the ribs and puncturing Kakashi's lungs.

Description: The user punches the opponent twice with their fist. The second launches them high into the air. The user then jumps above them and punches them back down. As Harry releases the vortex that takes out the current Madara seeing this decides not to go through with his second but instead Madara does one handseals and spits out a giant Koy fish made of water the Koy fish is about 10x madaras size

As he releases the Koy fish Madara immediately goes underground knowing that you can't sense him or see him at this moment as Madara tunnels into the earth and goes underground the earth reverts back to it orginal state leaving no trace of him ever going underground

(Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu) – Earth Release: Hiding like a mole technique

Description: The user changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth.

As Madara goes underground he at very fast speeds travels to mid range behind you and pops out of the ground as he pops out of the ground Madara Quickly does one Handsign and cause fire to erupt from his body that attacks you in a spiraling manner

The moment after Harry preforms the Rain Tiger at Will Technique, he senses not only Madara's chakra, but also a weak chakra signal from something else, something big, but what ever it is, it stays for some reason where it is. Then suddenly as Madara's chakra signal disappears, Harry thinks about the reason what could have happened, since he can not see Madara. Reaching the conclusion that the only option is that Madara must have appeared under the ground, since Harry does not know any other ways of how one suddenly can disappear. Gathering his chakra, Harry spits out a a thick mist that covers the entire area.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

As the mist is created, and covers the entire area, a moment after Harry felt Madara's chakra signal disappear, he preforms the Ram → Tiger handseals and spits out a large amount of water from his mouth, that, as soon as it hits the ground, turns into a sticky syrup all over the area. While spitting out the water/syrup Harry focuses a bit of his chakra in his feet, enabling him to be able to walk on top of the syrup.

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

When Harry is finished spitting out the syrup, he suddenly feels Madara's chakra signal trough the rain, about 8 meters behind him. As soon as Harry feels the chakra, he turns and preforms the handseal Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog while taking a deep breath. Knowing Madara's position, Harry exhales several wind blades towards Madara's location, the pierce trough his head and chest, killing him.

Description: After performing a the required hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog the user takes a deep breath and exhales several blades of wind at different angles, by rapidly moving their head in various directions. The power of this technique can be dramatically enhanced when utilised in conjunction with the effects of extreme suction, such as that generated by the Baku, where the augmented attack proved effective enough to even slice through the defences of a complete Susanoo.
