His Kirin was probably created under the guidance of Orochimaru. Orochimaru did tell sasuke to not use "that" technique at the hideout.

The only black chidori i remember was when he fought naruto at the "valley of the end" in his cursed mark mode. After his cursed mark was removed, all his chidori was a normal color iirc.

The only time sasuke beat a "tailed beast" was when naruto was a kid at the "valley of the end". And naruto wasn't fully transformed at that time. Sasuke lost to gaara's shukaku, and he stood no chance against killer bee. His sharingan couldn't even keep up with bee's kenjutsu.

I'm not hating on sasuke, but i do agree that he is on par for battle intelligence.

Sasuke's "black" Chidori was only useable when he has Curse Mark activated because of its Chakra just like how Naruto can use his "purple" Rasengan. Oh, and he didn't win against Killer Bee. Sasuke's team was in a room recovering, while Killer Bee was outside the village gates celebrating. Your Argument is Invalid.
