sasuke has more potential in regards to power, however, minato has the edge on speed, and intelligence. minato has a sharper mind. sasuke sometimes loses the sharpness of focus. that is also what itachi had over him mentally...

Lord sasuke (bless his soul) is a heralded genius who graduated at the top of his class. I don't think minato's deduction skills are comparable to sasuke's, his jutsu is just OP as ****, and has no weaknesses. I mean really, the FTG takes no strategy at all. But i do think he would defeat Lord sasuke currently.
