So you're saying Sasuke was going to Kirin on Team 7 with clear Sky? becuase last time i remember in order to use Kirin you need Thunder Clouds and there wasn't any Thunder Clouds when Sasuke fought team 7.

Sorry, don't buy it. Sasuke hasn't used his head since the fight against Itachi. If he were still as he was then, maybe he would be equal to Minato in intelligence. The major brains of the series atm are Kakashi, Shikaku/Shikamaru, Itachi, and Minato....Madara as well I suppose.

Kirin manipulates natural lightning, so it has be present to be preformed. Manipulating natural lightning is not as impressive as creating pure chakra form, let alone the rotation. Sasuke isn't even creating the lightning with his own chakra, he is just using chakra to shape and direct it. Sound similar? It should, because it is what most use for water dragon jutsu, just shaping the natural water with their chakra.

Minato learnt the advanced Uzumaki seals, created the Rasengan from scratch just by looking at the Tailed Beast Bomb in three years then taught Jiraiya as well as Kakashi, and created the Flying Thunder God technique and variations(like ST barrier) just from learning the Summoning Technique.
