Tobi: Analyzed

This will be my estimate on what Tobi's Data book stats would look like. Note:
I will be considering his Hashi DNA/Mokuton as apart of his skillset seeing as he had them since he was a teen.
They are as every much part of him as the rest of his body. We haven't seen a whole lot of his techs, so bear with me if I give him some low ratings in some areas.
Keep in mind, I try not to fluff people, as seen with Madara in a previous post (http://www.narutobase.net/forums/sho...d.php?t=283921)

It will be catagorized through: Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu, Intelligence, Strength, Speed, Stamina Hand Seals, and Total score.

Ninjutsu - Being an Uchiha, Tobi was very skilled in Fire style jutsu. In fact, he was so skilled, he combined it with his Kamui and made an even deadlier attack.
He has even shown profficiency with Mokuton. He has also shown great skill in this area by summoning the 9-tails and the Gedo Mazo.
So theoretically, he has 3 types of elements at his disposal. And don't forget Kamui, one of the most OP techs out there. So for Ninjutsu, he gets a 5.

Genjutsu - He has shown that he is skilled in this area. He was able to put an S-ranked shinobi (Konan) in a genjutsu long enough for him to find out what he needed and to kill her.
Also, he put 2 (assumed) jounin from Root under a genjutsu for quite a long time, without the ladder being able to free themselves.
He also put the 3rd Mizukage under a genjutsu for YEARS even with him being a Jinchuuriki. So for genjutsu, I will give him a 5.

Taijutsu - Ah yes, he has shown an adept level of Taijutsu. Now, Guy is considered a 5 in this cat, so keep that in mind. With what I've seen,
I can only give the guy a 4.

Intelligence - As an adult, Tobi is an observant and sharp thinker, capable of reading through deception.
He can formulate complicated plans well in advance and accurately predict how others will act in a given set of circumstances.
Even on the rare occasions where Tobi is caught off-guard he is capable of creating counter-strategies while maintaining a calm and composed demeanour.
He is flexible when the situation calls for it, using alternate means to achieve his objective when his original plan fails.
Tobi, in his adulthood, is also shown as a master manipulator, being able to exploit an individual's beliefs and convictions into serving his purposes
through direct or indirect manners such as Nagato, Kisame and Sasuke. Likewise he was able to fully assume the identity of Madara Uchiha to manipulate
the entire shinobi world into a war due to their fear of the elder Uchiha's abilities. When questioned about why he was going about things in such a roundabout
manner by Ōnoki — someone who had witnessed his power first hand — he noted that the fight between "himself" and Hashirama, had left him a shell of his
former self. I will give him a 5.

Strength - Due to his artificial body, Obito's physical strength also increased significantly, enough to crack a massive boulder shortly
after his rehabilitation, and in later years easily stop a slash from Suigetsu's Kubikiribōchō with his artificial right arm in the manga,
and his real left arm in the anime without injuring himself, hold Konan off the ground by her throat, and strangle a Konoha
ANBU to death, each time using only one hand. 5.

Speed - Obito has displayed a great level of speed, predominantly used via Kamui to teleport himself near-instantaneously to any location.
During his encounter with Kakkō he displayed enough speed to intercept the Iwa-nin's attacks, creating an opening for Kakashi to attack.
Now seeing as Kamui is the main reason for his super speed, I can say, with reason, that his natural speed cannot be at a 5. So I will give him
a 4.5

Stamina - Tobi also developed massive endurance, enough to withstand the damage caused by a direct Rasengan strike without having his movements impaired.
Throughout the series, Tobi has lost his right arm two times and his left hand once. These limbs are later revealed to be artificial constructs,
created from Hashirama's living clone which were used by Madara to replace Tobi's destroyed right side. These constructs are expendable and replaceable
as seen when Obito had his arm replaced and are similar in nature to that of White Zetsu and its clones.
When damaged the area oozes a white substance instead of blood. The artificial right side also possess a degree of regenerative capabilities,
as Obito's arm and shoulder seemingly managed to repair itself from the damage caused by Naruto's Rasengan. This artificial body also enables
Obito to survive without the need for food or water. So he will get a 5 in this area.

Hand signs - Now, since he has a 4.5 in speed and a 5 in Ninjutsu, then he should be able to achieve a 5 in this cat.

Total - 38.5

umm no senju dna plus ems, if anything tobi would have less stamina also i do not think tobi is good at taijutsu, madara used only tai to kill many ninja
