Rock Lee has never fully opened his inner gate. When he takes the bandages off of his feet his speed is close to unparalelled by his peers, and his drunken style... Without the bandages on his feet, has never been tapped into. Hugely underrated. Kishi needs to bring him in fully into the action.

Tsunade hands down.

They kinda underrate Sakura I guess. They don't realise she has been working on medical ninjutsu up until now and she is 2/3rd best in Narutoverse at it. If this isn't an achievement. What is?

I will give it to Tsunade that she is a fantastic medic but thats where her complements end,yes she is one of the most phycly strongest character's in the series but when her taijutsu is as horrid as it is in most 1 v 1 battles she gets stomped HARD because she can't hit anything basicly hits the area around you n hopes it does damadge.(see her battle against orochimaru you will know what I am saying)

Just like the rest of team guy. No one cares for taijutsu becausee they are all about OP ninjutsu when no one considers hw hat happens when you have great taijutsu.

2. And Tsunade was rusty. The last time she fought was in the 2nd Shinobi war. And that was more then 25 years ago Not to mention her fear of blood.

I believe team guy is very underrated, neji and rock lee and gais taijutsu are very deadly, plus people will say that they need to be close range so that's where ten ten comes in. she provides the diversion or keeps the enemy occupied to get the team up close.

My main one would have to be Rock Lee. His taijutsu is top knotch and so is his speed, along with the fact that he can use the gates like Guy. His character has not been developed very much, but people label his as fodder, which I don't believe anyone who can use the gates should be labeled as.
Sasuke is severly overated by fanboys and believe it or not underated by many people as well.
Kakashi fans say Kamui >>> everything which is kind of ridiculous but other than that I think he isn't over or underated too much, for his chakra reserves have at least tripled since the start of the series, which is a big help for him in many disscussions. (People can't point out his lack of stamina while trying to underrate him anymore.)
