1. Konan - Amazing shinobi, stood for what she believed in and ALMOST killed Obito. Her element was paper, that's just badass unique right there.

2. Hinata - She is one of the best females, she has been with the series since part I and has amazing character development. Stood up to Pain, failed but a badass honorable attempt to save Naruto.

3. I'd say Sakura. She has taken down Sasori, which I didn't like how he didn't much screen time, she's still pretty badass for that, even having help.She is a good character, but I don't like how she's always in the damn way. However, she's got good character development and she's the apprentice of Tsunade, one of the 3 Sannin, and 5th Hokage of Konoha.

Man Kishimoto should really give Mei a background story. Especially if she was around during the time that blood lines were feared in the Hidden Mist Village (ironically she's probably one of the few with two blood lines).

True, dislike can be use for use for Character, but hate is for someone who might have done something bad to you or killed a love one from you...so using that word for a fictional character is acting like a fool.

Jus saiyan though, design wise these two have absolutely no competition, and kurotsuchi isn't a push over with her lava release. These two are the ones I think are the best.

Temari and Tenten. The only 2 who are motivated and pushed by themselves and hard work, not another corny love interest or strive for titles.

Oh, but I forgot about Kushina so she's no 1. Her number 1 priority and hardest fight she's ever fought was for the sake of her new born child, Naruto. Perfect example of a good caretaker that every mother should follow imo.
