it been said by itachi that once shishu eye activate koto amatsuki(sorry if the spelling is wrong), it will require another 10 years to activate it again.
i just want to know that why such a limitation exists only in case of shishu mangekyou.
we dont see such limitations in case of itachi or sasuke or obito.

Shesui's eyes generate most powerfull ganjutsu, but we dont know enought info of this power. The eye genjutsu is strong enough to destroy connection of Edo Tensei.
I think Shsui not use KA on Ao, becuse he is alive xD.
