Naruto is very strong right now. But could he be more stronger if he has the intent to kill and not hold back on anyone. Using full strength? would that be any difference to his power or not?

Evil naruto is honestly something I hope we get a glimpse of before Kishi finishes the series, I'd love to see how naruto acts as an antagonist temporarily, just so everyone can know how merciful he is when he's not trying to shove a TBB down your throat.
