2. EMS Madara--only lost to #1
3. DSM Kabuto -- sage mode with extremely OP edo tensai
4. BM Naruto -- 9 tails fox is op
5. Tobirama-- s/t, imperfect edo tensai, best water user ever
6. Muu -- basically oonoki with extreme sensor ability, invisibility, and ability to half himself, much respect
7. 3rd Raikage -- electric shield virtually indestructible took on 8 tails by himself
8. Minato -- S/t very impressive, very smart
9. Rinnegan Obito --BEST S/T, impressive uchiha jutsu
10. Bee -- cant sleep on a perfect host
