This would be one of those times where Kishi goes back to another part of the story, like Sasuke or even the corpses of the Kage.

I think kishi will transition the story to sasuke's perspective.

No, Orochimaru wouldn't just outright betray Taka and fight them, he's already admitted Sasuke is more powerful than him at the moment. He won't try anything. But after Orochimaru does what he does for Taka then he'll go his own way I think. Either way I know he won't die. Kishi wouldn't bring back the first (and best) primary antagonist just to have him perform one task.

I think there is going to be nothing but talk no justu similar to the path of radiance chapter where it showed multiple shot of random konoha 11 people talking about hope and naruto this chapter will provide a few people the chance to spit a witty line or two with madara throwing in a rebuttle or two only for it to end when either side actually begins to make a move ending on a cliff hanger
