Its not like everyone in the cloud has storm jutsu.
Among thousands of shinobi in the cloud, 4 used the jutsu. No big deal, its still rare.
The same goes for other kekkei genkai, like the lava cement. Only a handful used it.
Some of you really complain to complain, jeez.

You can't compare the 2 of them. There's a difference between an eye Kekkei Genkai that's available to everyone in the clan and a Nature Kekkei Genkai which is supposed to be very rare.

Not really, we saw thousands of shinobies with Clan Kekkei Genkai, and 15 at most with the same Nature Kekkei Genkai.
During the Kekkei Tota explanation we saw how interested the other countries were on Kekkei Genkais.

The Genjutsu that the Cloud used are probably a basic high level Genjutsu. ( Like Jonin/Anbu level )
The Storm release isn't unique to Darui, he got Black Lightning. If you complain about that then why just complain about that its is a bad thing that 3 people in the series can use Blaze Element!

Why did you people thought Storm Release was unique to Darui? A Kekkei Genkai usally comes from a ninja clan.
Today we just got to see more people from what is probably Darui's clan. What's the big deal about it?
And there is absolutely nothing noteworthy about C's jutsu, it is just a lightning technique he happened to use once. Why he would be the only one allowed to use it?

What you and others fail too realize is not every not main character in the manga are fodders! Just because they dont get screen time doesnt mean they do not know jutsu's or Kekke genkais like mains!

Unless stated they are the only ones to use a jutsu (Black lightning only user since 3rd); jutsus like fire, lightning, wind, earth, water style are commonly shared! Most of them are clan related anyway, so it isnt far fetched to think others can use your favorite character jutsus. Its not that serious!...
