Can you use Chidori without using your sharingan?

Well let's start with the begining during the batle at Kanami Bridge Kakashi uses Raikiri but Minato told him not to use it again. After he received the Sharingan everything was ok because he could see the enemy's counteratack.

Now wouldn't Sasuke have the same problem without using the Sharingan?

Here we see him clearly going for Naruto with the Chidori without using the Sharingan after he fought with Danzou:

Its dangerous if you plan on running full speed towards an opponent. In that case sharingan is needed to be able to keep up with your own speed, and to be able to see opponents counter attacks.

as far as I know,you don't need the sharingan.

Chidori originated from Kakashi not being able to master the rasengan. As for why he shouldn't use it without using sharingan? My guess is it's just dangerous running at maximum speed holding a hand full of lightning is quite dangerous without heightened awareness and reaction speed... It's not exactly a move you can conceal, the enemy will see and hear you running at them with a chidori and will attempt to counter attack, Kakashi needs his sharingan to surpass the enemies defence and land the attack. If he fights a slow opponent than I'm guessing he won't require sharingan to hit them.

Guys you are so slow. Chidori, Raikiri, Hell stab is the same attack. Concentrate lighting chakra to a point will enhance your speed and peircing power. They just have different names

Same technique different name. Its lightning base channeled to a concentrated point of the body ie the hands. Raikages father uses the same technique and he has no sharingan so the answer is yes you can use it with out sharingan

Chidori is gathering large unstable amounts of lighting chakra in the palm of your hand. the gathering is so emmense you can see the chakra as well as the lightning. the sound the lightning makes resembles 1k chirping birds..

Hell stab is concentrated at the finger tips. the smaller the point the more force the object has because ie has less area space to let the force disperse. unlike chidori,chakra is not out of control. this jutsu demonstrates more control more force and more speed.

now if you show me where it says these jutsu are the same thing then you win until then you fail.....you have no proof only your words. there are the links there. they are similar but not the same. if you dont have manga proof or links you fail

Look at the hell stab definition and I quote:

The Hell Stab is the strongest technique of the Third Raikage, whereby he concentrates a considerable amount of lightning chakra into just the finger-tips of a single hand and then performs a thrusting motion, which together allows him to pierce a target in a manner somewhat similar to either the Chidori or Lightning Cutter.[1]
