To put it simply once the jubi reaches it's perfect form it will do a ****ing crazy shinra tensei move that will blast away and possibly fataly wound all/most of those crazy fools who are heading towards it and the reason i say this is because the jubi unless my eyes are playing tricks on me has a combination of sharingan and rinnegan basically sharinnegan and seeing as we haven't seen it use the dojutu's abilities i reckon that once it reaches it's perfect form it will go on a senjutsu enhanced sharinnegan rampage.
