I say madara. From what i've seen his taijutu skills even surpass guy.

Yea, that's why the Shinobi forces are sending their taijutsu experts against him because he's such a boss at taijutsu and that would make perfect sense...

Just because he used the attack doesn't mean he's the greatest. Obviously, if Kisame is still ALIVE then the attack wasn't that powerful. Two kunai made him bleed, so it's not like he's made of stone. His body is most likely no more durable than an average human, so saying gai's attacks failed because it was him doesn't make sense.



And YOUR problem is that you think that just because an attack is "flashy" That it's "deadly". The attack makes alot of bright lights, but that doesn't mean it's deadly enough to kill someone. Gai's attacks are simply visually impressive. Him being able to do them doesn't mean he's better than Madara or Obito, WHO ACTUALLY DO AMAZING THINGS, at hand-to-hand combat.

You said Guy 's speed,power, and whatever are not that great I gave you an attack that says it is, and how can you compare Kisame's durability to a fodders? Kisame survived from his torse being blown open and was ok even before healing his durability is one of the best and you dare to say it's adverage? That's how I know you underestimate him and Guy. Hirudora is air from a punch that guy said was a 1 hit kill. It doesn't matter if it's a 1 hit kill or not but the fact it knocked Kisame out... it does it's job. You only looking at it not killing Kisame so to you it's not great but when you think about it overall it's a 1 hitter quitter and the fact Guy is fast enough and strong enough to create an attack that can be used at all ranges and of this size and it's taijutsu is nothing short of amazing. Noone else has done anything like it and morning peacock and hirudora is proof enough Guy is the best tai user by far with only Lee(who we haven't seen at all in shippuden) can possibly do and top Guy.

to the guy dissing hirudora, it destroyed madara's susanoo. to put that into perspective, a giant rasengan didn't do anything to his susanoo. which shows how awesome kisame is really, he wasn't even knocked out by it despite being taken by surprise.

what madara and obito have shown is mostly kenjutsu. so madara blocked raikage's punch lol. naruto has tons more feats in sage mode. guy has more feats with hirudora, afternoon tiger and his nunchuks. the guy who said that guy is the best tai user and naruto the deadliest summed it up pretty well, gail has the best tai skill, but naruto killed pains with his fists

Well she has 5 in Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Intelligence and strenght. He can't reduce this stats to increase her speed. An another strange thing is her stamina. She has "only" 4, but I think she easily deserves 4, 5 or 5. But as I said before, he can't give her less points to her intelligence or strength.

Anyway, at the beginning of the Shippuuden, by Databook points ( 35!) , she was the 2nd strongest Shinobi. And this is not that bad.

Well, she had 4 in stamina when using a Sozo Saisei sent her into coma-state almost.
But now, she healed an entire village and whatnot, so I am sure her stamina now it's 5.
And with the others being at max. 5, given chakra control and intelligence, she can increase her base speed with at least a tier.
Reaction time is one of the best in Naruto anyway.

The fact is that he MOVED HIS HANDS FROM HIS SIDES TO HIS FACE IN TIME TO BLOCK THE RAIKAGE'S PUNCH THAT WAS MERE FEET FROM HIS FACE! That and naruto was in NINE-TAILS MODE, which gave him far far greater durability than the average human, thus you're only proving How Madara has similar endurance to a Nine-Tails mode Naruto, if not greater because he showed NO DAMAGE while Naruto said he would be FINISHED if he took a direct hit.

the sharingan lets you predict the movements of your opponent and thus the user gets more time to react than non sharingan users, Naruto and raikage were very close to each other. In madaras case he got the warning before hand
nine tails mode doesn't grant extra endurance
