Who Else Knows The Flying Raijin Technique ?

and also are there other techniques like it but with different elements like
flying water god , or flying wind god or something like that ?

Only Flying Thunder god and besides him his guards csn use it, but they had to be together

One is the fit with the Vein across his face (3rd Hokages aid), one is the the Chunin exam tournament Procter (can't remember his name), third is Raji or something, bit I believe he tried to fight the Sound Four (might be anime only)

For the other one it's not an elemental technique. Minato just named it after the Japanese Thunder god because the technique is lightening fast.

flying thunder god is not the nature.....it is a s/t jutsu which dont have nature manipulations in it, it is called flying thundergod because of the speed he moves at(as fast as thunder).....there is no known thunder element. only lighnting
