No complaints about the manga.. I was really interested in him before , thought he would look badass .. something like Shunsui or Yamamoto.. or otherwise old geezer.. But instead he looks something like this guy :
Man X_X. smh. But oh well. Still got other badass looking people. I don't know why him and Aizen are like so "gayish" looking.. not to be offensive.. but i hope you people know what i meant by "gayish" looking.

we only saw a vague silhouette and his eyes. We still don't know what he looks like. He could have 4 pointy nipples and a shark mouth for all we know.
He was called "it" by Aizen so I don't think he will look completely ordinary. His eyes were already freaky.

Androgyn design is a way to depicture transcendent forms of humanoid creatures.
In other words, the Gods/Kings aren't always grumpy old men with beards. If you draw it with animal characteristics, is often resembles darker thoughts/behaviour. If you draw an androgyn, it's has the feeling it's not from this world, or above it. that's all.
