How did Shikaku know about Obito's 5min time limit? What will Juubi transform into?

I'm pretty sure the last image is showing the Juubi's tail unraveling for some reason. It does kind of look like its budding into a flower, but its definitely its tail, not its back spike.

Looking again you could be right. Does the Juubi actually have more than 10-tails than?
