[Discussion] y didn´t kakashi use his MS before?

he meant plot.i guess kakashi only figured out about him having MS after his first fight with itachi.then he trained it and was able to use it in part 2

he passed out straight after acitvating it.. he probally didnt realise he had it until the time skips .. or if he did know he had it he was still getting used to the sharingan base form first

He didn't use it because he was able to atm. The amount of chakra it took was to much for him to handle.

iI do understand the thread maker´s quest.

You for eg don´t get to see as with some other character how the heck they got their upgrade. Though it´s shown as ppl above suggested, Kakashi is so smart he even knows thing before doing them, as in he focused on the visual prowess of the eye and somehow stepped while in fights with the warping-burping ability. He did obviouslyu had the stress of risking his life each n every time he pushed the limit of his sight and chakra.

Well the manga reason is because "Kakashi didn't have the chakara required to be use it prolonged like"

but the "real" reason, is, I'm sure that Kishi didn't decide to give Kakashi mangkeyou sharingan until after the original series.

Plus, Itachi had to be threatening. If Kakashi or anybody for that matter had the Mangkeyou Sharingan before Itachi then it wouldn't be as "strong" and "scary"

Itachi didn't need the MS to be threatening.. xD The guy could just be in the same area as you and put you under a powerful Genjutsu without moving a muscle....

it's not plot. sasuke also awakened the sharingan at 7, but as he passed out and didn't realise it, he didn't know he could and only awakened it at 12 years of age. kakashi went through the same thing, he didn't realise the possiblity of him awakening the ms until he saw itachi's.

Kakashi already knew about the MS prior to the time skip, remember Itachi coming and owning him silly.

Kakashi knew the potential of the eyes, although not what exactly.

Kishi had sort of said it without saying it prior to showing obito manifested the eye transformation

It can be easily explained! Kakashi simply didn't have enough chakra to use it... think about it! When he first showed us his sharingan.... he was out for nearly a week from using it! Imagine if he used MS at that point!

Not to say that Uchiha's have a higher base chakra (altho they might) but as it's transplanted into Kakashi, his body doesn't know how to use it efficiently!

Plot hax aside, it's because he didn't have enough chakra. Remember how he'd pass out in part 1 after just using the normal Sharingan to copy a few techniques? He probably knew he had it in part 1, and just couldn't use it since he wasn't powerful enough.
