Dont know if any thread was made similar to this. If so then still read!!
The sharingan is said to have been first obtained by the first son of SO6P as he inherited the sage's visual powers. The second son inherited physical strength and life force.
The Byakugan is another one of the legendary doujutsu along with sharingan and rinnegan. An d if I recall correctly, Kakashi pointed out a relationship between the sharingan and byakugan. He probably stated that the sharingan was derived from the byakugan. However, what actually it was the other way around?? What if the byakugan was a less evolved form of the sharingan??
Why less evolved??? Well, the sharingan is a powerful dojutsu and obviously required a certain level of powerful chakra to make use of. What if a child was born into the uchiha household who couldnot completely awaken his/her sharingan. Seeing this he/she probably felt distraught and left the clan and later on found his own clan where the members could use his "defected sharingan". Probably, they later found a way to use their eyes as combat weapons and made a comeback and became a noble clan.
So why a half activated sharingan and why should a senju/uzumaki intervention create a sharingan??
Theory: For the sharingan to be activated, some chakra must be spent as well as the person themselves have to be developed and talented. What if someone tried to activate it at a premature stage and ended up with a mutation. What if he/she was ready and had ample but weak chakra? That could explain a half activated sharingan.
So how does the uzumaki/senju come into play?? We know that the senju are descendants of the second son and the Uzumaki are blood relatives and both clans are blessed with life energy and strength. A child born of a huyyga and either of the two clans would have both 1)visual power 2) Life energy and strength. That could in turn give a boost which could help in the activation of the sharingan. However it doesnot necessarily mean that the Uchiha were reborn.
To sum it up
