I think Tsunade is definitely a beast but unfortunately if you dont have dazzling ranged attacked or a flashy technique most people deny your power. She could just toy with most people until they ran out of chakra then heal herself and kick their ass. Kakashi wouldnt stand a chance against her nor would any other low chakra ninja.

The problem i have with kishi is that he has confused Tsunade's medic prowess with immortality. Its clear nobody in the manga rivals her medic ability (unless you want to challenge me of course and name inferior medics), however kishi has put her medic ninjutsu in the same category as those who have seeked some form of immortality.

Tsunade belongs in the same category as:
Orochimaru
Sasori
Hidan
Kakuzu (to an extent)


All these people can be killed but it would hard to do so.
What is interesting is that is that the people above her in this category is hidan/orochimaru whom you cannot kill whatever you do. Whether ripping hidan's soul out kills him is probably down to lord jashin. Orochimaru, apart from the cm variations he has developed to keep him in this world forever until all those with the cm tag die, he also has many ways to evade fatal injuries, however he understands his limits and acknowledged death in the face of 4 tailed naruto bijuu dama.

Tsunade with abilities like Sozo Saisei and recently Byakugo does grant her a form of immortality. What is interesting is that kishi i believe intentionally allowed her to receive the most fatal of injuries amongst the gokage's and yet she was the basically the last 1 standing. She was the only one still conscious and she had received the worst damage. The lower part of her body had been severed.

This in turn could has put her in a similar category as hidan whom could still talk whist decapitated and going by Katsuya's statement it seems she could fix tsunade when she says "ill stick your body together..." for Tsuande to tell her to attend to the other kage's instead. Basically if he can survive being severed and still summon katsuya who seems confident of fixing her, that makes Tsunade a very annoying opponent even if we exclude her medic ninjutsu derived from infuin Kai. She basically stores chakra with this ability. So in a fight when she is fresh from the start, she commands a chakra rating of 5 in the DB and this would allow her to heal quiet alof of her injuries, she then has access to more chakra in the infuin: Kai to keep her injuries at a minimum. You also have to remember that she has uzumaki blood running through her veins from Mito and we all know what being an uzumaki means, if you don't; strong life force. Those mofo's were said to be able to life for quiet some time, but also even after kushina had kurama yanked from her, she was still alive. Something that Obito was impressed by and commented on her uzumaki roots

Tsunade is indeed a very annoying opponent but she can be killed. In order to kill tsunade you must outlast her. By that i mean she is out of chakra then deal a fatal blow to her like what madara was about to do, until Dan came along and restroed her chakra. Her techniques are derived from the use of chakra like any ninjutsu no chakra = no jutsu. If you can deal a fatal blow to her when she is out of chakra you have a high chance of killing her.

The other way is to deal 1 shot techiques to her. Technique that would leave no trace of her, like bijuu dama/jinton/amaterasu which if it clings onto tsunade she would need all her chakra to heal burns however she cannot put it out nor can see get it off her (unless she takes her clothes off :D). In the end she would need reserves that can last 7 days of burning and we all know that though she has a large reserve 7 days isn't happening.

Kamui - if she is trapped in obito dimension she would eventually die from hunger. Kakashi kamui to the head. Yes i believe she would survive decapitation however i believe there is a time limit that she can stay alive for if katsuya doesn't heal her and with her head in kamui dimension, she dies.

There are ways to kill her, however quiet a few high level ninjutsu do not have such ability to do so.
