any proof to back this up? as far as we know, with Byakugo on, any damage she takes heals simultaneously.. she can re-grow organs as stated so potentially, even if she has her lungs cut, heart ripped off, or her brain remove, she can basically re-grow tham as her jutsu does not require any consious effort.. as long as she has cells, her body would regenerate.. that is why Madara put a large tree between her bisected body as the blockage would prevent healing and the growth of cells in the line of damage.. wouldn't you think Madara with all his power and hatred towards her would have actually cut of her head already if that can truly kill her?

Of course, there are people with one-shot moves (Kirin, Bijuu bomb, Amaterasu, Rasenshuriken), but the question is: Can Tsunade effectively tank those jutsu?

Given her skill with medical ninjutsu and her brute strength, she'd definitely be hard for any character to defeat one-on-one.

I think the following would have a chance at defeating Tsunade with at least medium difficulty:
Edo Madara
Itachi (With Totsuka Sword)
Hashirama (due to his own healing techs and Mokuton)

There's probably some more characters that could defeat her, but I can't think of them at the moment.

even if he gets her blood, Hidan needs to b inside his ritual seal to perform his jutsu.. Tsunade can just simply tap the ground with her heal and it goes crumbling down.. even if he keeps hitting her vital parts, they will just re-grows back without conscious effort.. what would stop her from tearing him limb from limb once she lays a hand on him.. also because of her pedigree, she has inherited unparalleled longevity and life force so meaning, a normal shinobi's lifespan is not applicable to her.. Shikamaru won because of prep time.. he would die if he faced him one on one if he hadn't known his jutsu..

Any Hyuuga who lands a hit on her with gentle fist will be a problem since her fighting style requires such great chakra control.
Deidara: C4, she can't regenerate from getting blown up on a cellular level
Obito can Kamui her ass
And likely many more can beat her...
