Hashirama Senju's death

madara died in extremely old age...

but he was revived by edo tensei very young, in his prime......

so its plausable to say that may be the edo user can bring back people in their young age too....

thats what happened with hashirama and tobirama when orochimaru revived them ........

so my point is, maybe hashirama died in old age,
maybe he was so fatally injured that he had taken to bed after madara's fight and given the title of hokage to tobirama....

just guessing from manga...........

kabuto can do that.. he's edo is on another level compare to ORO in part 1 so hashi was revive in the state he died

He died in battle in a war shortly after the Establishment of the leaf village. he didnt die of old age because if he had there would be no reason for the second to be so young when he took over. It is stated that he did not die in the fight with madara, and is also clearly implied that noone knew madara lived through that fight, so i highly doubt madara killed him during the war without anyone knowing. Especially since he has been hooked up to a tree the entire time. They most likely wont release much information about the killed to save up for somthing to fall back on. So much filler content is available if they keep it like this. And even content after the main shippuden series finishes. I still want to know details about izuna and madara, the 3rd kazakage, mu, the 2nd mizukage and about why kakashi killed rin, and lots of other stuff, even though im sure we will find out alot of that stuff before shippuden ends im hopping that all the information they have been holding back will come back in some sort of series after that to keep naruto going a little bit longer, i would totally watch that. As far as madara being young, if you see the 3 power vids in the anime he brings back hidan from a weird mass of snakes. And he wasnt even dead, so maybe he could have that power, or maybe kishi just didnt want an old man using the 10 tails

hashirama was killed short after the battle by all the other nations
why?
because before that they could hire uchiha and the battle would be almost even...
so why did they kill him?
they already knew if they would be together they would be unstoppeable and they control bijuu's
the uchiha and senju were like akatsuki at the time, because if they were to be combined they would have one shotted everyone there...

and be the general leaders and all the other countries didn't want that so maybe all the first kages came together and used some crazy ass jutsu, because every first kage died in the first war maybe they all fought hashi right after that fight and because madara was still managed to survive he saw how the people who once were tought to be allies killed the man who saved them because they saw him as a threat and that's why he wants his plan to come true and that was the moment he began to respect hashirama... Because he was truly that strong that all the kages came togheter to kill him at his weakest moment and i think he took them with him some kind of thing i wont die so my people can be oppressed by all the other nations and that finishes his will of fire story...

I actually hadn't thought about him yet. It's strange that we know of the other three how they died but not how he died. Either his death will be revealed later, or it was something so normal or insignificant to the story that Kishimoto-sensei didn't saw the point in adding the information to the story

Madara didnt kill him madara said after the battle with hashi the only way he managed to survive was attaching himself to that tree, so he could never venture out and fight hashi then.

I'm not sure how he died or who killed him all I know is that he died in the war I think what happen was that during the war he sacrificed himself by doing some awesome jutsu to end that war I'm not sure what forbidden jutsu he used but the cost was that he died and turned into a tree
