You can't destroy Sasori's puppet body with physical attacks such as punches, it has already been proven, even if you shatter his body pieces apart he can still reconstruct himself. So no, she won't even get past Hiruko.

Tsunade is going to be fighting around 300 enemies, and she can't even allow herself to get scratched. With her fighting style mainly revolving around plain Taijutsu, this is pretty much impossible, even with Katuyu. Even if they both have powerful healing abilities, they can be poisoned.

I'm just saying that if Tsunade can't handle the 298 puppets technique, she's not going to beat Sasori, simple as that. You could say that Tsunade could get a hit off on him if they clash without him using the puppets, but then you might as well say that for example Someone>Itachi, just because Itachi won't start out with MS techs.

I honestly don't see her getting through 298 enemies at once, without getting scratched. The Iron Sand of the Kazekage alone would be a huge problem for her.

And if for Sakura didn't pose a problem, imagine Tsunade.

Of course she had the puppets, but Tsunade's advantage is other here

During the 2nd Shinobi war Tsunade was Chiyo's rivel- and she always managed to defeat her. ( in terms of combat and medical ninjutsu too ). So she has knowledge about the puppeteers figting style.
