Why is Hashirama the STRONGEST???

the strongest of what?....the strongest ever is so6p, and hashi beat ems madara and kyuubi by himself, and possibly perfect sussanoo(not confrimed in any way) edo madara who can summon meteors, and slice mountains said only hashi can stop him, and that since hashi isnt there the maps wont have to be redrawn as much......also hashi has uber healing techs

Everyone alway wants to jump to Edo Madara saying " Only Hashirama can beat me" but what people again don't understand is that hashirama barely won that fight against EMS Madara, so it's very clear when Edo Madara stated that it was out of respect [ and i'm going to go on a limb here and say he misses his Best friend Hashirama lol ]. Nagato should be on that list right after Madara at the very least above Sasuke. After al he's packing Madara's Rinagan which automatically makes hind stronger than Sasuke. Maybe, maybe not Madara though considering his battle experience.

You cant put Edo Madara in a list of top strigest because it doesnt represent his true power which was way lower than that. If Madara gets Edo then so does Hashirama. Taking Edo out of the equation Hashirama is the strongest after so6p

No... Because Madara has the Rinnegan which makes him alot more powerful than without it.

Unless Manga says other things hashirama is the second strongest character after so6p, madara has stated this time and time over again. ofcourse madara and uchiah fans will disagree, but they can't deny it in the end, hashirama defeated madara. madara has said this himself, only man capable to stop him is hashirama ( ofcourse naruto will defeat him because according to plot naruto will surpass all the kages and get epic powers to defeat madara. yes sasuke will too). So pliz unless manga says otherwise hashirama---->madara---->naruto (period)----->sasuke(untill he get his powers from scroll). In the end naruto=sasuke in power but naruto will probably defeat him in some epic way and get him to the light.

He's the strongest Hokage but not the strongest shinobi ever. Rikudō Sennin, Edo Madara, Obito and Kabuto (with Edo Tensei) are clearly above him, with Nagato standing a good chance and Naruto being debatable.
