Battle Rules

-Killing and Stealing: Allowed
-CJs: Allowed
-CEs: Allowed
-Range: Mid-range
-Terrain: Plain field without a water source.
-Each fight needs to finish in 7 days, upon which they'll be closed and graded by RP mods
-Arguments are to be done exclusively through VM (not PM or MSN). Moderators opinions can only be asked twice per match, with the 3rd time pertaining to a final decisive judging. If a member needs to ask for a moderators input, he/she must do so through this thread and not directly to the Moderators. Following the template and the rules of the thread is essential
-If a participant doesn't reply for more than 4 complete days, his opponent wins the match by default
-Failing to abide any of the rules of the tournament may lead to default defeat

Minato begins the fight carefully, knowing well the abilities of his foe, the fact he is a jinchuriki, but the Samehada he is unaware of.
Deciding to adopt a fast strategy to snatch victory, he makes a single handseal, causing several thick webs of caramel to launch from the floor directly under Kirabi, surrounding him and covering his body like a cocoon preventing him from making any handseals.
He continues his assault the moment the caramel binding has begun to form dipping both hands in to his S/T kunai pouch, he draws 4 kunai with each hand held between his fingers and thumbs, the three on each hand held between his fingers are launched in a horizontal spread, three upwards aimed to pass over his opponents head by around 5 feet, three are aimed low, penetrating the ground 5 feet in front of Kirabi, the two between Minato's thumbs are spun in to a reverse grip as the others are released, he holds them tightly.

Description: The user will perform one handseal creating giant strings of caramel that shoot up stretching around the target/targets like a spiders web. This web can be created from any angle on the battle feild, and can be made very stretchy by the user. This caramel shoots up very fast binding the target making them unable to perform handseals. After the target is bound the user can perform one handseal causing the caramel to heat up at great speeds burning the target/targets causing greate damage.

Note: The use can make this web any size they like
Note: Webs can be made from anywhere in the earth.

At this point in time the caramel has completely bound Kirabi nearly, the kunai in flight to the target destination, but it is not over yet, Minato raises his fingers close to his mouth, using his forefingers and thumbs only keeping a grip on the kunai with the other three, he blows in to his hand forming a large pulse of water that launches towards Kirabi aiming to crush him.

Description: The user creates a triangular shape with his/her hands and blows small amounts of water to pulse through the triangle and from further on, the water extends into a large triangle of water and at a long-range, can even knock over a summoning such as 'Gamabunta'. This can be shot out successivly once the first pulse has been executed but at the cost of excessive chakra with each additional pulse.
~ Can only be used twice per battle

B stays on alert as his first opponent is the Yellow Flash, and his memories flash to the time him and his brother A fought the man within the forest. He knows he'll need to be aware of what's going on and as Minato looks on as if studying him, Samehada shivers slightly as the immenient danger her master is in become apparent as the caramel chakra explodes from the ground and latches onto B. Judging from the substance and consistency he quickly recognizes it to be Caramel.

His first action is to remove the bindings however and focusing his fire chakra and compacting it together he releases a fiery pillar that at this range cause Minato' to wince at it due to the heat.

Description: The user will create a large pillar of hellfire to surround the guarding them from all sides and damaging the landscape as well. This technique activates quickly without the use of handseals and causes the opponent's water based attacks to become useless for the turn after this is used due to an increase in temperature.

Of course since the pillar of fire spreads out from B's epicenter the caramel bindings get shot off B and would be the first to go as they get burned away and hardened crumbling to ash towards the kunai, Minato would've proceeded to throw would've been deflected. This leaves the water release technique which burns away as it's released forming a layer of steam in our area before it would collide with Minato However the veil of jutsu proves to B this is the perfect chance to hide away while Minato has no way of knowing where he is.

He proceeds in creating a single Lightning Shadow Clone that stands in place of him as B then slips deep into the ground.

Description: User creates a Shadow Clone of himself infused with his lighting chakra. When the clone gets hit he will return to its previous state of pure lighting chakra. The clone has a physical substance and therefor is able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques as well as he has all the normal moves the user has.
Note: Can only use lightning based techniques up to B rank.

(Doton: Dochū Eigyo no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique

Description: Using this jutsu, a person can hide underground until they're ready to attack an opponent. By utilizing earth-chakra, the person can stealthily emerge from the ground without disrupting the ground around him. This jutsu can also be used to avoid incoming jutsus.

As the techniques clear, the Lightning Clone is left standing in B's place looking down into a small black book and scribbling down fast with concentration.

B: Caramel..what the hell? A candy queen is that what you've been deemed?

The real Kirabi stays below ground and forms a large but very compact amount of Lightning into a single seed and leaves it in the ground. He then uses this as a chance to fill the underground with numerous explosive tags surrounding you mid-range before finally emerging long range behind you.
