Itachi will not return, do not see it happening whatsoever.

For Obito to turn against Madara, something dramatic must happen. Nothing to suggest there will be some sort of mutiny yet.

Kumai seems like a logical way but I would think Madara has a way out of that dimension, he isn't stupid and would plan just in case Obito turned on him.
