I find it weird that team
Gai was randomly missing from pains invasion . Do you guys think that if team gai was there , tey would've win before naruto got there ? If you think about it gai and lee can both go super gates mode and gai can go 7 and only thing capable of stopping hirudora from pain is actually Hines tensei but that has 5 second gap and that's plenty of time for lee to speed blitz with neji and for ten ten to at least be a diversion . I feel like Kishi kept them out for a reason .

Kakashi was able to take out 1 pain . Imagine gai Kakashi lee neji choji and chojis father with tsunade taking on pain . How would they lose .??

Having back up in general would of helped but it would of been even better if the might guy we sawing boxing tailed beast and using afternoon tigers were there for offensive maneuvers and neji there for defense blocking attacks with rotations using his eye sight to keep watch over the battlefield to counter act the rinnegan.Neji had a supperior eye sight compared to the rest of his clan he can even bend the light to improve his vision.He could of kept tabs while helping defend from long range attacks while ten ten and rock lee could distract while guy and naruto beat the living hell out of the pains with sage mode and 7 gates

Ofc, it's obvious that's why he left them out. When you look how Naruto killed some of the Pains you could say Guy and Lee could have done similar things on a bigger scale.

If they had showed up, Kishi would have just broken their legs like he did with Shikamaru to explain whe he couldn't help. Or they would have fallen in a hole or something. Nothing would have changed.

You kidding? Kishi LOVES Gai! He had him take out Kisame and then got a major role in this fight against Madara and Obito. He gives him tons of screentime.


It is Neji, Lee and Tenten he doesn't give a bleep about. He still hasn't even drawn Neji as part of the Alliance.

Maybe they made a difference but pain in the fight trashed kakashi tsunade and other ninja as if they were useless fodders with no hope of winning even naruto got fcked up by pain but I guess they didn't appear because guy might activate the 8gates during that time .
