Kakashi is the perfect ninja

Is Kakashi the perfect ninja ?

I would say he is because he is a very varied fighter and employs all the different types of jutsu in combat.
He uses:
Ninjutsu
Taijutsu
Genjutsu
Dojutsu
Kenjutsu
Fuuinjutsu
Kinjutsu

The only thing that he doesn't use is Senjutsu.

I'm not saying that he is the strongest but the most varied and doesn't rely on one type of jutsu in a fight which would make him the perfect ninja.
The only thing he needs to work on is his chakra levels.
A runner up would be Sasuke and Itachi since they fill most of the boxes.

Kakashi has also shown 3 chakra natures as well.

He doesn't have fire, that was only showed in the anime. I believe his water techniques are just copy from his sharingan if I remember right, may have wrong tho

i wouldnt say perfect becasue you forgot about chakra reserve that is the only thing. hashi or madara might be considered perfect. hashi more because he can heal seal and kill.

Hm, not too sure about that. He can't even perform Multiply Shadow Clones like Naruto can, due to his low chakra levels.

Neither has he mastered Kamui, it still drains his chakra quite heavily, causing him to collapse; needing the chakra of Kurama

Dojutsu : Yes (For Madara at least)

Yeah katon would be the fourth but since he never used it in the manga he only has 3.

Bijuu summoning wouldn't be a Kinjutsu just a normal summoning jutsu.
Hashirama and Madara haven't shown Kenjutsu feats. No fuuinjutsu for Madara and no Dojutsu for Hashi.
