But Kabuto atm is screwed....but Orochimaru isn't.

i always thought that kabuto will still have an important role later on in the manga
he has to rely on his own powers to break out of the izanami and he will want madara and obito to rely on their own powers as well

if kabuto lands a poison it will surely effective ... its been tested on yamato already.. on how he will do the poisoning i dont have an idea but keep in mind how tricky kabuto and clever he is :D

Well , this could be hard to believe but with that poison plus kabuto's cleverness he might pull a win or get the advantage facing the fiercesome duo OBITO and EDO MADARA... My reason is this...

Your right about that. His poison will be able to supress Hashiram's dna but the fact is Madara still has the rinnegan,juubi, PS to fall back on. Obito had his Kamui.
