If Naruto didn't have Kurama & Sasuke didn't have Itachi's eyes, they would be equal

Well not really without Kurama attacking Minato and Kushina would be alive to train their son so who knows where Naruto might of been and I'm certain SM+FTG+Sealing Naruto>MS Sasuke.

But in the case of Kurama being taken away now then yeah SM=MS Sasuke as Naruto would have not trouble fusing with Ma and Pa toads.

taking kurama from naruto,after he spent all his time trying to control his chakra and suffered poor chakra control because of it,is different than taking EMS from sasuke,EMS is a new power for sasuke that didn't affect him before,but kurama had an impact in naruto's life from the start.so these sort of comparaison shouldn't be brought,so we'll have to accept that both has their current powers without taking anything from them.

Yeah until Sasuke goes blind. His Mangekyou lasted mere month before he started going blind. Itachi had his for like 7-8 years before he really began to lose his light. Wth Sasuke..? lol

If naruto didnt have kurama and sasuke didnt have sharingan then naruto would win hands down in 5 seconds. How? Sage mode. If naruto didnt have kurama inside him, he could fuse with ma and pa and become more stronger and kill sasuke easy.
