He's stated he heard everything through kabuto and anko so with that being said he's heard kabuto mention how he wanted jman for edo tensi but couldn't get his body so he wouldn't b mad about them killing him

As for tsuande I could c him being mad but I dnt think he's stupid oro is one of my fav characters but madara would own him at this moment granted oro won't die in the fight but he still would lose he knows this
