thats a pretty useful jutsu, i would use it in close combat in several situations, where your in trouble in close combat or use it as a quick element of surprise thats what i would use it for, no real heavy attack or anything.

I star by channeling my lightning chakra through my body and into my palm where i use it to materialize the lightning chakra by making it vibrate violently until it turns into actual lightning and while doing so i manipulate the lightning into the shape of a cute little hawk at the size of a human head which immediately flies into your face and not your clone, numbing your face making you look deform

You want to learn my technique, use your katon chakra to channel it into the dominant palm of yours and raise it into the air (like krillin from dbz) and release it above the palm manipulate the fire chakra to turn into a large blade of fire which spins rapidly and throw it at me :/

I channel my Katon chakra into my right palm and raise it high into the air. I then release it using my chakra manipulation to make it take the form of a large blade composed of fire which I begin to spin rapidly and throw it at you.
