Who's deadlier with 3T sharingan, sasuke, itachi or kakashi

True, but to break out of Tsukuyomi with 3T is impressive. Not to mention his jutsu arsenal and natural talent with it.

not trying to hate, but honestly, Itachi was like the james bond/arnold schwarzenegger of Uchiha.

He showed mercy in 99% of his fights, just so the main characters could live.

From your list, Itachi is. His genjutsu is almost always an issue against non Sharingan users, but in a fight between 2Sharingan users, i find Kakashi more deadlier, then comes Sasuke, then Itachi

Itachi and Sasuke have much more impressive feats with the 3 tomoe. Id probably give it to Itachi because even without tsukiyomi his genjutsu was OP.
