I will say only facts here that i can back up:

Superman can fly at/faster the speed of light
Super saiyan Trunks flew around the world in three seconds
Super Saiyan 4 Goku is stronger and faster the super saiyan trunks
Goku can most likely travel at the speed of light
Pre crisis Superman i stronger then Goku as he can pick up Galaxy's
Goku has more destructive power then Superman he can blow up big planets with his pinkie
Superman can be harmed by physical attacks if his enemy is strong enough
Goku can be harmed by physical attacks but has a high resistance like superman.

Conclusion: Goku would win bit if superman gets him in a hold or stays close the superman will rip him apart

Ima state facts on DBZ side!

Broly destroyed a Galaxy at LSS. Goku at SS2 is stronger then LSS Broly! So at ss2 and up destroying a galaxy is childsplay! lol

Goku Just transforming into SS3 shook the entire universe, heaven, and Hell itself! And that wasnt even at his strongest point! That was Weak SS3 goku! So destroying a universe is easy for goku aswell. And i know DC has a bunch of universes.. Goku... Can travel to every one of them instantly and destroy them all!

SS4 is beyond ss3! So you get my point?

At the end of Gt, goku merged with the Dragonballs thus becoming above anything ever shown! He was already beyond life and death at super saiyan 1! He could destroy galaxies at super saying 2! He could destroy universes at Super saiyan 3! And this is ss1, ss2, and ss3 at their weakest points, not at their best! At 4 he is beyond everything i just listed!

And keep in mind you cannot kill goku! He will just teleport from Heaven and be stronger then before! So in a sense everytime he is defeated he will come back stronger then ever and repeat till he wins!

That is what goku can do!

There are many versions wich one to you mean, but pre crisis superman wins. If he can run on mach 9000+ speed and goku top speed is like 2700+ mach he cant even see superman :D
