Thats not even fair. Garra and gai's have skills that are sasori's weaknesses. Clogging with sand and gai's speed. He could beat all except garra with all of the puppets and possibly at least = garra in 1v1

But to be fair itachi and Kisamee beats them, cause kisame shark form > gai 7 gate and then itachi voids ten ten neji etc. tsunade cant dodge amaterasu, garra might be a problem but then kisame can wet his sand before or after killing gai

Tsunade - Would stomp Sasori because of her summon, super strength and her healing which would counter sasori's poison.

Gai - Simply goes EIG and stomps him

Lee - EIG stomps him

Sakura - Sakura loses

Tenten - She has a good chance as she is a mid - long range user with several weapons etc.

Gaara - Literally stomp Sasori no difficulty.

Only reason Sakura didn't die is because she prepared an antidote to Sasori's poison. In a 1 vs 1 fight where they don't have time to prepare themselves tsunade gets owned.

To OP:

Sasori could put up a tough fight with all his puppets. Now you did put Gaara in it. Without him Sasori takes it quite easy. Only Neji got a shield against iron sand, but he can't defend all of them. But Gaara can protect all, and he is smarter than rest of them. So Gaara as cpt will be the determining factor, and he should also have a lot of knowledge about puppet masters, given that his brother is one. So Gaara = information = victory
