( Reika no Jutsu ) - Spirit Transformation Technique

Damage points: (No substantual damage other than that given by physical attack)
Description: After performing the required hand seals Ram → Hare Dan can use this technique to allow his spirit to leave his body and take possession of a target within a certain range, enabling him to freely manipulate the victim's body at will. Whilst in transmittion the main body is left vulnerable and an attack that strikes the body can stop the technique if attacked. The user cannot use any techniques whilst in transmittion and when entering and taking control of the opponents body they can only use physical techniques through the manipulation of the opponents body. The opponent however is still mentally aware of the situation but has no power in controlling the movement of the body. The user can be affected by genjutsu that dont require hand seals cast upon them by the occupied opponent as they have control of manipulating their own chakra, Doujutsu users can cast eye techniques and then manipulate their opponent to force the technique to be released. A known method of preventing the technique is by containing the opponent in a inescapeable barrier such as the Four Violet Flames Battle Encampment. The user of the Spirit transformation technique can if they wish provide some of their chakra to the person they take control of for example an ally caught in genjutsu or is exhaugsted can replenish their chakra or break them free from genjutsu.

The spirit moves at incredible speeds, leaving the combatants unsure of what has happened, Dan then using his spirit control powers over the body uses it to speak to the Konoha ninja.

*Having chakra sensing snow activated I can sense everything so at the moment your spirit leaves your body, me and Oasis go with "Attack B" Shukaku jumps backwards and leaves the battle arena as planned. Since your spirit comes and I expect him to attack. The only reasonable thing there is to do is to defend myself and attack - common sense, if someone attacks you, you defend and strike back. So at the moment your spirit gets out, I release a massive amount of non focused electricity from my body that destroys everything on the field apart from what is happening behind me (where my comrade is running backwards). The attack leaves a small crater underneath me and attacks not only the spirit but your own body as well, forcing you to retreat in your meat suit.*

Damage Points: 80 (90 If charged for 2 moves)
Description: The user will make one handseal charging their raiton chakra and then forms another handseal which then releases a massive amount of electricity from their body. The amount of electricity that's released is based on how much raiton chakra they have charged. For instance, if the user charges it using enough chakra for two moves then the user can only use one more jutsu for that turn. But, will gain an extra rank in power. If Charged with enough chakra for two moves, this jutsu will release a massive amount of non focused electricity from the users body into the air and ground capable of destroying everything on the field and leaving a small crater in the ground around the user. The amount of chakra doesn't take more than a few seconds to charge since it's almost forced from the users body. If only charged for one move then it will release non focused electricity into the air and ground around around the user and opponent and will reach out to mid range.

Notes:

-No Raiton for the next turn if charged for Forbidden Rank.
-No A rank Raiton for the next turn if charged for only S rank.
-If charged for forbidden rank the user takes 20 damage due to the strain on the users body.
-No ninjutsu on the next turn just elemental jutsu.
-The electricity has enough amps and current to kill.
-Charging of 1 move = S rank rank.
-Charging of 2 moves = Forbidden Rank.

I have a problem with being able to charge the move for forbidden rank, it clearly says charging of forbidden rank requires 2 moves and in 2 moves time i would have entered your body. (No homo)
But i will reply anyway because its pointless to cause an arguement over it.

Dan and the Condor both notice the huge amount of chakra becoming clearly visible around the opponent, the moment the lightning is released from your body the condor gives a mighty flap of his wings releasing an S ranked burst of wind nullifying the lightning, through the collision Dan's spirit enters your body leaving you unable to control yourself, he then takes control of your arms, raising them one under your chin and one on the top of your head, with a single solid twist he causes you to snap your own neck, leaving your body and returning to his own.

Description: The user bite's both thumbs and claps his hands together. This summons Senpai Kyokan, Grand Elder of the Condors. Kyokan is a Giant Condor, He is larger then Gamabunta, he stands at 60 meters (180ft.) high giving him a wingspan of 200 meters (600ft.), because of his size it takes a lot to Summon him, after the summoning the user will feel drained and can't use strong Jutsu the next turn. Kyoken is able to blow High winds with his wings that equal to S-Rank. and Drop large amounts of water from his mouth. providing a water source.
Note:
-Can only be in play for 4 turns.
-Can only be Summoned by someone with the Condor Contract.
-Can only be Summoned once per battle.
-No A-Rank Jutsus or higher next turn.

Actually, I don't see how your counter worked or are you suggesting you can summon the animal and have it perform a technique all before the lightning pulse reaches you all?

Or was the condor already in the field?

Even if it was, time frame is off and I don't see how your condor can defend form an omni blast-like attack with his s-rank wind ability.

Not to mention that you are still, in spirit form, somewhere in the field... but your body is helplessly somewhere else.

And btw, charging enough chakra as two moves doesn't mean it takes 2 moves to use... >_> I know because i can use that technique as well and I've seen Yard use it many times and even at times where it was judged and it was never considered like that.
