WTF, Suna?

What the F happened to the Suna Ninja?
Throughout part 1, the suna ninja were way more kick-ass than konoha. They saved everyone's ass on more than 1 occasion. But we get to part two, and they all get the tar beaten out of them. Examples:
-Sasori beats Kankuro~ Sasori gets killed by konoha's #1 most useless ninja and and old lady
-Gaara gets beat by Deidara~ The leaf Ninja kick his ass
-Temari becomes a wind master~ Naruto has Wind release

WTF?!! Did they just sit and pick their noses for 3 years?!!

Gaara has improved drastically since P1. But that's about it. Of course so have Kankuro and Temari but in the space of two years, it seems as if they've been playing chess for one and a half years.

Gaara got better... but still Suna has been stated to have been one of the weaker villages >_> no hate intended but seriously they said that Suna had trouble getting up there... the Wind Countries feudal lords were contracting Konoha instead of Suna for ninjas because suna nin weren't as trained back then... but still Suna is pretty baws

#1 Sasori was defeated by a Puppet Master AND Sakura. Just because she was old, didn't mean she wasn't any good. Who do you think taught him those techs?
#2 Gaara was defeated because he used up so much chakra to save his village. It was circumstantial.
#3 Naruto is the main character. Sorry Temari.

In all fairness, Sakura and Chiyo got intel on Sasori and the antidote for his poison. They were in a large advantage and even then he let them kill him.
And Temari is better than Naruto in Wind Release. While Naruto's strongest wind technique couldn't stop the Third Raikage, she sliced him in such a way he would be dead if he wasn't an edo.
They may be the weakest village among the main five, but the trio is still strong. I agree they lack more strong fighters nowadays, though.

Two people don't make a village the strongest, especially when one has no stratigic ability, and the other hates his village, has no moral value, and is also retarded(choice wise).

My point is Suna is turning into a shit village with weak shinobi and crappy medical-nin, when it used to be strong, and intellegent.

Yes, but by having wind-release Naruto makes her look weak.
At least she isn't a V2 Sakura, and has actually helped throughout Part 1 and 2.
