After Tsunade and Mei who is the strongest living female ninja?

I say Temari is.
Her Cast Net was ablo to slice deeply even into an opponent such as the Third Raikage, whose body was renowned for his tremendous durability. She can easily deal with most of the taijutsu users like Sakura and Hinata.

I was going to mention Kurenai. Unfortunately she had to have a baby and everything. Her genjutsu alone makes her dangerous as its one of those this most people are crap at.

Kurotsuchi stomps the rest of these chicks with no effort.

Look at her earth style attack able to send that many zetsu flying even though she did have help it's still impressive .

She also has lava style

Kurotsuchi able to use a jutsu like that and lava style is really impressive for her age on top of mastering water,fire, and earth.
