The uchiha
Sorry I can't post pics from the manga on phone. But there are countless pages mostly in regular naruto that the uchiha are known as the best battle orientated family, best fighters, highest blood line or whatever else there called. But from being a direct descendent from the son of the sage. How come there are only 4 uchiha that are known to be great?
You have sasuke, itachi, madara and Obito but there are no other uchihas in history that are great or know for fighting great battles.
If there family is so great how come there isn't more great ones?

Re: The uchiha
Because Naruto likes to take proud, powerful clans/groups/warriors and reduce them to fodder to make the main characters look better.

There's Shisui and Izuna, who was said to be as strong as MS Madara.

Re: The uchiha
1. because there isn't enough room in the story line to go over dozens of dead shinobi that were once powerful
2. because Kishimoto would have to come up with a butt-load of new names
3. there are many other historical clans that have had generations of powerhouses: the Uzumaki, Hyuuga, Nara, Akimichi, Sarutobi, etc.
hope this helped explain your good point!

It does! But they always say how good the uchiha was. You don't really see them talk about uzumaki clan, the hyuuga they did a bit during the chunnin exam. Nara not really as big as the senju and uchiha clan and sarutobi clan could be huge they just brought them back out against madara

Re: The uchiha
Well think of it this way.. compare the number of named powerful Uchiha characters to the number of named powerful characters of other clans.
In other words, the Uchiha name was known to all, but surely the elites of the Uchiha clan were sure to stand out above the rest right? They hype the Uchiha in general as being elites, which should extend to the "fodder Uchiha".
