As of now, the Uchihas. We barely know anything about the abilities of the Sarutobi clan to comapre their skills to the Uchihas.
Sorry, but a bunch of fodders breathing fire together is not enough to confirm or deny anything. We don't even know if they actually specialize in fire jutsus, so far that's just a likely assumption.

I never said they were fodder, I said the nameless fire users from the last chapter were.
But since you started it since when Konohamaru mastered fire? It was filler dude, in the fillers he has tons of chakra, can spam shadow clones on Naruto's level and make gigantic Rasengans while in the manga he barely knocked Naraka Path with that.
And if you asked me I would say Asuma is much better using wind than fire. The explosion from Searing Ash Cloud just gave Hidan some burn marks, I don't think it is really that impressive, but I admit his Dust Wind Technique on the other hand is beastly.

Hiruzen is exceptional, but he is just one person. I thought we were talking about the clan as a whole, our info on them is still too vague.
Just because we've seen a dozen members of the clan breathing fire it doesn't means it is their specialization, there may be some people that can use water or earth as well.
One notable excpetion to the pattern would be Asuma, his primary style was wind, not fire.

Personally, i think Asuma's ash cloud thing is pretty useless in outside battle. You could easily leave the cloud before he ignites it..

Well most Jonins have mastery of 2-3 chakra natures. That explains his wind and chakra jutsu. But no other clan was called on to use Katon. It was the Sarutobi clan.
