While the whole world would be affected by it, I think a few shinobis would be able to break that jutsu and would hunt down its caster evetually. Naruto is likely to be unaffected if he still has kurama in him, similarly bee would be unaffected cause of the hachibi if he survives the battle(doubtful). Sasuke might be unaffected because he has ems and is a true heir to the sharingan. I think eventually we would see that jutsu take over the world and then a few shonibi would be able to break it and stop it somehow. Any thoughts?
