Sasuke is currently as strong, stronger or near strong as minato?

Nobody ever saw the true power of Minato's resengan so don't talk like you did. Sasuke's Susano isn't the strongest and on top Minato is smart enough to find the limits of Sasuke's chakra and to dodge until Sasuke doesn't have enough chakra to use Susano.
+ Minato is really good in sealing so i don't see Sasuke using Susano ever again :D

Minato's attacks won't even scratch him, Minato got nothing to defend himself against Amaterasu or genjutsus.. so yeah.

Minato isn't constantly moving, Sasuke is just going to wait for an opening and use amaterasu.. if Minato ever come close to Sasuke he'd smash him with Susanoo's arm.

The reason i say this is because ninja's with special traits either kg's or jinchrucki's develop at a much faster rate than ninja's who didn't have such abilities, therefore a ninja who started from scratch would prolly get to their prime in their 30's or maybe later whilst a ninja with a special ability can get to their prime in their late teens or early 20's.

Sasuke/naruto's rate of progression is faster than anybody else and they have already surpassed their mentors (jiraiya/kakashi/orochimru) and also their mediums to hashirama/madara in minato/itachi

Minato won't have a finishing move that can kill Sasuke. Either Reaper Death Seal. But even that is questionable.

Minato's fighting style is entirely about close combat, close combat against a susanoo user is suicide if you don't have any strong attacks that can one shot someone which is Minato's biggest issue.
Sasuke is out of his league, deal with it.

There are techniques you listed that he has even never shown like the water release for example, but whatever. I don't know where number of techniques helps if you have little to no time to even use them. Like i've said, Minato is far too fast for him that he won't even have time to react. Minato is not dodging anything. It's Sasuke the one who must try his best to keep up. The advantage in Minato jutsus is that they are instant need no handseals to be used, so he will always have the upper hand in terms of speed and jutsu speed

if minato use his sealing jutsu (the one he use when kurama did a TBB on him) that tranform an attack sasuke doom. sasuke use amateasu or susano arrow minato use the sealing jutsu to tranform it behind sasuke... the arrow and amaterasu are too fast for sasuke to hundle...
