Now, I want you guys to tell me what Rain Release is. I don't demand something looking fancy, I just want it straight and short(Also the fact that I hate reading long paragaphs, but that is an unimportant matter right now.). If I feel theres something I should add to your explanations, I will do so.

Rain Release. Well, rain is liquid precipitation formed when water vapour in the air condenses into liquid form i.e. water. This change in state causes the water to be heavy enough to fall, towards the surface - thus the formation of rain.

Rain Release is simply the chakra manipulation and creation of rain. One can create rain by concentrating chakra into the air around them or high up in the atmosphere to cause the water vapour to condense, forming water droplets. Or, one could manipulate a pre-existing water source to create rain but that's probably more advanced stuff. Rain Release users can even manipulate rain into frozen variants forming icicles or frozen rain which is much more dense/hard thereby having more piercing properties, etc. The chakra natures required for Rain Release are Fuuton and Suiton. The strengths and weaknesses? I'm not 100% sure, but I would say Rain is weak to Doton in general. And strong against Katon. But there are probably grey areas in regards to the strengths and weakness since Rain is essentially Suiton so ya.

It's when you send your chakra to the air, make clouds by gathering water vapor, and then causing it to drop to the ground as precipitation that you can manipulate. Shares weaknesses with water and is weak to wind that blows away the clouds.

Rain release is using your chakra to manipulate droplets of water called rain. Rain is produced from clouds, but I also seen someone use a jutsu where they made rain from the moisture in the air without clouds.

Rain release is when you use your suiton chakra and combine it with your futon chakra to manipulate rain drops in the sky. You can use the rain drops to attack opponents from the sky. Earth can beat it and wind can blow away the clouds.
