I have two questions. Will storm 3 have young generations? The story mode will start since begining or in the start of 4th Shinboi War?

Probably as an Edo Tensei since in the war he fights along side Chiyo and Hanzo, so yeah he'll be in the game.

There will be part one chars..but not youngs versions of k11...the game will start with a prelude from the attack of kurama on konoha...then start at the five kage summit where it left off in generations and go up to where the anime stops before the game's release. Hope this helped
