It didnt do much to the third raikage but i suppose we will see in time. I think the whole purpose of Naruto learning the bijuu dama was to have a counter to susano'o but thats just my interpretation.

I believe that is a correct interpretation. However anything below perfect susanoo a rasen shurriken can destroy. Now sasuke probably will get perfect susanoo to counter though.

Any rasengan that isn't nature fused isnt getting past v1 susano and that is cannon.
If odoma rasengan didn't leave a scratch on v1 susano normal rasengan isn't either.

V1 susano > odoama rasengan > rasengan

Firstly buddy, you need to relax. I hope you can handle differing opinions so this can be a somewhat mature discussion although youre already making it difficult. Nothing i said indicated that i believe Sasuke> Naruto or Madara. Thats just not logical. It is obvious that Naruto has surpassed him at this point but that doesnt change the fact that there is canon evidence that even a oodama rasengan does nothing to a rib-cage susano'o. And unless you can provide some evidence that Madara's rib-cage susano'o> Sasuke's rib-cage susano'o, then there is no argument here.

To say that a Rasenshuriken can destroy a Susanoo because it attacks on a Molecule scale is pointless to claim. The Susanoo is simply based around the appearance of a human not possessing all human parts down to our simplest construction. This being said Susanoo is all around defensive. The human body cannot withstand much damage. Our cells have literally no defense so to attack a human on a molecular scale would be the perfect way of defeating us just like normally if their is something too powerful to destroy on the outside your break down it's insides. Neji and his Gentle Fist Style is a prime example of something that even the most durable of Ninja can not withstand by simply conjuring a defensive stance unlike fighting against Lee where if you block the correct way his Iron Fist Style could not harm you.

Just as Kakashi says "You can't train your inner body," thus "It can be critical even for the toughest guy."
Susanoo not having weak parts such as organs or cells would not be destroy. Honestly Rasenshuriken is a less affective way of handling a Susanoo than a regular rasengan consider it's mechanics. The Rasenshurkien fabricates chakra needles to pierce through your cells which is basically like jabbing a balloon with a pin.

Each cell is as weak as a balloon and each needle is a pin which makes it a perfect way of destroying a body, but the Susanoo body would be like steel or metal where as forcing a pin through would be near impossible. To attempt to stab Susanoo on a Cellular level and Susanoo not having cells This would be the same as stabbing the normal Susanoo with a needle. The Tailed Beast Bomb was invented for Naruto to be able to breach Susanoo and to breach Susanoo without making contact with the Enton flames.
Often Rasenshuriken is compared to Jinton and that Jinton destroyed the Susanoo. The difference between the Rasenshuriken and Jinton is that the Rasenshuriken attacks your cells with chakra needles while Jinton allows the User to manipulate Molecules thus disintegrate things on a Molecular scale. Rasenshurken attacks the cells while Jinton just attacks on that level. Jinton does not actually attack the Molecules differently as Rasenshuriken attacks the cells the attack just hits anything from the size of the molecule up to the most complex of the Human body. Another difference is that Cells are larger than Molecules.
