Sasuke wouldn't lose he has more stamina than Itachi does, and you are forgetting that Sasuke can spam his EMS techs, while Itachi will be exhausted after using Tsuki. And Sasuke has already broken out of Itachi's strongest genjutsu before with 3Tomoe Sharingan. And Itachi can hardly keep his Susano'o up for long while Sasuke has kept his Susano'o up for a long period of time look at his battle with Danzo and the five kages he had his Susano'o up for most of the fight.

People are so gay sometimes (sorry no other way to say this) .. Why did itachi have a small chakra reserve? We never saw what he could actually do since he was sick ... This virus has killed a couple of strong ninjas .. What is it what does it actually do by the looks of thing I hunk it just exhausts you to the point where you die slowly and at one point you just go... What if that virus infected his chakra and shit ? Think about it itachi when he fought sasuke was supposed to be dead already he was on alot of pills and those pills didn't affect him? Alot of things can be said but itachi was / will always be superior to sasuke
