That's kind of a lie... Naruto is just as rash as Sasuke. The only time a plan with Naruto ensues is if he has a Sensei nearby, otherwise he'll rush in first and think later. Naruto doesn't acknowledge limitations either, which for him in particular is a good thing, since his power derives from perseverance and feelings of overcoming obstruction, as opposed to Sasuke's being strengthened by hatred, grief, and other negative emotions. It's naturally Sasuke who's the calculating one, of course not since attaining the Mangekyou Sharingan, seems like he's gone back to "normal" since his last moments with Itachi.
