Always remember to defrag atleast twice a month. Run one of the cleaners and antiviruses atleast once a week, if your not downloading alot then you can cut back on the antiviruses, but make sure to use them atleast 3-4 times a month. If you have any questions just ask.

Well, use both. Use avira as your active running antivirus and use a squared as the one u use on the side.
