Most epic of all time is
Lord of the Rings.

Casino Royale was epic, and Skyfall was best done.

In my opinion.


A few others that come to mind are Gran Torino, No Country for Old Men, and Curios Case of Benjamin Button.

The Tree of Life was also perfectly done, although I didn't like it.
